I found this meme on the internet today at http://www.leftybrown.com/2007/02/20/meme_monday_posing_as_a_tuesday/ and thought it was pretty funny so I thought I’d have a crack at it. It turned out pretty awesome.
The idea was to create the soundtrack of your life by shuffling randomly through your music list on your computer and your mp3 player. I’ll admit, this isn’t entirely honest because I had to skip over all the podcasts that came up on the complete list. But I was honest to the spirit.

Life: “Love of the common people” (Paul Young... that’s kind of cool)

Driving: “Prince Ali” (Aladdin soundtrack)
Flashback: “America” (Simon and Garfunkle)
Getting back together: “Can you feel the love tonight” (Lion King soundtrack)
Wedding: “Into the fire” (Scarlet Pimpernel soundtrack... yeah, this will probably describe every relationship I’ll ever have)
Birth of Child: “With a little help from my friends” (Joe Cocker)
Final Battle: “Iron-Man animated theme ‘96” (that’s so cool I can’t even describe it)
Death Scene: “Scarborough Fair/Canticle” (Simon and Garfunkle)
Funeral song: “Amish Paradise” (Weird Al)
End Credits: “Everything Changes” (Original Pokemon Album... kind of apt if you’ve heard the lyrics)
